- The Dangerous Preparations Directive - 88/379/EEC (DPD) as amended and adapted to technical progress
- The Safety Data Sheet Directive - 91/155/EEC, as amended by 93/112/EEC
- The EU Marketing and Use Directive - 76/769/EEC as amended and adapted to technical progress
- Control of Major-accident Hazards involving Dangerous Substances Directive (96/82/EC)
